By using meshx.uk or our software services (MeshX Create, MeshX Shop Manager, MeshX Print Network), you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
MeshX provides cloud software for print-on-demand sellers and print partners. Features may be released gradually. We may change or discontinue parts of the service where we have a legitimate reason and, where practical, reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Paid plans, trials, refunds, taxes, and price changes will be described at checkout or in an order form when billing goes live. Marketplace fees charged by Etsy, eBay, Amazon, TikTok, or others remain governed by those platforms.
You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use MeshX to break the law or infringe others’ rights. You must not use the services to misrepresent your identity or location or to circumvent marketplace policies. Reports: abuse@meshx.uk.
You remain responsible for your shops and listings on every channel you use. MeshX helps with workflows; you must follow each platform’s rules, intellectual property requirements, and consumer laws.
We retain rights in the MeshX software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your content. You grant us permission to host, process, and display your content as needed to run the services you use.
Except where the law does not allow it, the services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or the services is limited as will be set out in the commercial terms that apply when you subscribe. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Either party may terminate in line with your subscription terms. We may suspend access for serious breach or legal risk. After termination, we will handle data as described in our Privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
